Does this story really surprise anyone more than it disgusts/enrages and terrifies, especially in the wake of Charlie Kirk's heinous assassination. In all fairness, many of you thought at the time that the murderer would either get off scot-free or with some sort of slap on the wrist. Truth be told, even I thought that that wasn't going to happen and here I am with egg on my face:

A mob of leftists wearing green ‘Luigi’ caps and waving banners about ‘fascism’ celebrated, danced and hugged each other on a Manhattan street after terrorism and first-degree murder charges were thrown out against the leftist killer of a health care CEO.

Judge Gregory Carro argued that Luigi Mangione was wrongly being charged as a terrorist since the radical terrorist’s objective “was not to threaten, intimidate or coerce, but rather to draw attention to what he perceived as the greed of the insurance industry.”

Luigi’s means of drawing “attention” was murder which is the definition of terrorism.

The dozens of leftists crowding the narrow sidewalk outside the Manhattan Criminal Courthouse less than a dozen blocks from Ground Zero testified to the fact that Luigi Mangione was a political terrorist, part of a radical movement, killing on behalf of a larger cause. I think we have to accept that evolution applies to America like everything else. We are not some kind of a inscrutable impenetrable monolith that is not subject to change. I still believe that our Constitution is the best one ever written. It may even have its imperfections and loopholes that some have exploited over the decades and centuries. Whose "bad" is that? Get it right next time! Or keep it alive...a living document that adjusts and defensa against attempts to exploit it for other agendas. That is EXACTLY what has happened to it.

Suppose to say we will never see what many have deemed as the "utopian America" again: The 1950's. The post war American Dream. And it's very questionable that it even ever fully existed. We need to get past that utopian nonsense if we are to redeem anything of the Republic for which it stands. America is not Utopia. Often it seems that the same people who attack socialist Utopian ideology as being unAmerican are the same ones who seem to think America is in fact the world's Utopia, "the best, the greatest". You can't have it both ways. It's a contradiction.

Are we the one nation on Earth which can't admit it's own faults which have led to this? Even if our faults in number may actually be less, the failure to do so is the greatest of faults. America has become a Hypocrisy not a Democratic Republic. When we STOP with this we will begin to lead the world again. At this point the public sentiment is that it is our birthright. We have a responsibility to prove we are better....by making it so...right here...right now. And in this way China has actually surpassed us. It is a despicable profession. It is one of the few professions regulated by many civilized Countries as to numbers, how many there can be. They view them as Social Parasites (they are) as people who take and never give back (that is true) and serve no purpose other than their own enrichment. They contribute nothing to society.

Their main usefulness is in defending you from -- Another Lawyer or another thief. Same-Same.

Even when you hire a Lawyer to defend you from a Big Corporation stealing your money, half the time the Judge is bought off. Or even your own Lawyer.

How many times do you see a lawsuit against a giant corporation in a legitimate case. Then the Judge retires a couple years later and becomes a Paid (HIGHLY paid) Legal Consultant for that Corporation. I've seen it multiple times. If the DISGUSTING FILTH would do its job, everybody else would see it too. But they're part of the dimocrap scum cabal, too.

All that said, we still need to charge dimocrap scum with everything on the books.

The Process is The Punishment. We can break them but it will take a lot of effort and we need to stick to it.

Never feel sorry for a dimocrap. If you get them down, kick them in the nuts. Figuratively speaking, of course. Never let them up. If you do, they'll stab you in the back. every time
