A year and a half ago there was maybe a baker's dozen for sale in the whole of my county.....Now there are scads of them....Stupid high prices though.

I'd say that 60-odd percent are older homes.

There is an incredible amount of building going on so the question here isn't fair. Blue states are simply hemorrhaging people to idaho and Montana. An entirely new city is being built out near Mountain Home. Both heavy and light industry is building.

Yeah, there is talk of expansion of our industrial parks as most are full or building-out now. That sure wasn't the case a few years back.

I know of a few homes, but I don't know about the whole county.

God bless you always!!!

Are you near DC? I hear the wealthy plantation owners are afraid of losing their stock.

After quite a few years of depressed inventory--2017-2023, the market here in NE WA and N. ID is poised to be thoroughly saturated. The Spokane and CDA areas are building (mostly multiples and starter homes) like there is no tomorrow. It seems like they are planning for an influx of low income folks---my question is where are the jobs and the money going to come from? Is this another 2006 in the making?
