Hahah he never did that.

But he can certainly call state offficials if he wanted
He most certainly did exactly that .

This was not a call to say” Hi how ya doing”

It was a call pressuring election officials to change vote counts.

It’s on tape.

And as noted, Trump’s DOJ had told him thee were no improprieties

When was he convict of being a traitor? Did He not have due process rights? Why is the president allowed to make that determination on his own?

I have no issue with Obama being immune from prosecution for that extrajudicial killing
So you always talk out of both sides of your mouth?

Oh wait. You do.

Al Awiki was an Al Queda leader. You want to prosecute Obama for that go right ahead. It’ll go nowhere

Not because Obama had immunity but because that was a justifiable act

I never said he was convicted. He had his chance to defend himself in court but choose to hide in Yemen, thinking he was out of our reach while continuing to poise a threat to soft targets of American women and children.

"Our response involves far more than instant retaliation and isolated strikes. Americans should not expect one battle, but a lengthy campaign, unlike any other we have ever seen. It may include dramatic strikes, visible on TV, and covert operations, secret even in success. We will starve terrorists of funding, turn them one against another, drive them from place to place, until there is no refuge or no rest. And we will pursue nations that provide aid or safe haven to terrorism. Every nation, in every region, now has a decision to make. Either you are with us, or you are with the terrorists. (Applause.) From this day forward, any nation that continues to harbor or support terrorism will be regarded by the United States as a hostile regime.

Our nation has been put on notice: We are not immune from attack. We will take defensive measures against terrorism to protect Americans. "

That's not all that GWB said about pursuing the Terrorist who hide in terrorist friendly lands either.

Brett Kavanaugh’s 15-year-old law review could give the nation a clue at how he could rule in trump's immunity case. In his paper, “Kavanaugh didn't support blanket immunity and said prosecution could occur after a president's term,” which is what has happened at both the federal and state levels.

But if the conservative USSC Justices are looking to the future and planning to open the door to trump’s dictatorship, they must rule to protect trump from his current legal woes. However, that ruling cannot guarantee the same blanket immunity, as demanded by trump, to Biden for the remainder of his presidency. A perplexing problem for the conservative Justices.

The conservative Justices must also consider the unlimited power they would be guaranteeing the future dictator trump. Granting such unlimited presidential power, coupled with trump’s vindictive nature, the conservative Justices’ decision could jeopardize their own survival after January 20, 2025. This is the date trump’s revenge tour begins.

I have 2 questions for you

1. Was Trump a dictator in his first stint as President? (if he was why isnt he still dictator of the US?)

2. Why would anyone believe he would be one in his second term assuming he wins one?

It's tough to use the "this is what a Trump Presidency will look like" fear mongering when everyone has already seen what a Trump Presidency looks like and it's nothing like you describe.
