A lot of people are too stupid to learn how to weld. They don't make idiot-proof welding rigs.

A closer look shows millions of only semi-consumers are leaving (they deprive the economy of over $200 billion/yr in sales BWO remittances$$).
They are being replaced by Americans, who don't send $$$$$$ out of the country, but are full consumers, spending their money in US stores (aka the economy).
Major gain for the US economy.
