Are Migrants being medically Checked after they arrive in U.S.A ?!?

I am not against people coming to America, seeking a better life for themselves, and family. But are these migrants entering into the United States being checked for communicable diseases?.! When are Federal, State, and City governments going to start medically checking all migrants entering the U.S. illegally.??!!? I know this cost money, but we can not put a price on the overall health of everyone in the United States of America. ?!!?

When Americans were forced to be vaccinated in order to keep their jobs and many other issues illegals were allowed to entire the U.S during covid without being vaxxed or even tested for covid.

It seems the rules for illegals were quite different. They were treated like kings, even living in upscale million dollar hotels.

Any illegals are being turned back now so no worries. We know what was happening before.

Americans don't believe in vaccinations to prevent communicable diseases.

Kids are checked when they enroll in school. Standard vaccinations as needed.
