By the probable riots this summer in Baltimore.
Definite demonstrations at the Philadelphia convention.
Any possible outcome, including no outcome of the IL budget battle. Chapter 3 may not happen but there is nothing resembling a clear pathway to non-disaster. Contagion mostly confined to the blue wall with perhaps a purple state or two also going into meltdown is quite likely.
Brexit regardless of outcome will be tinder that will cause crises wiorldwide.
Hillary's legal problems cannot help but hurt no matter the result.
Trump makes Biden seem like a disciplined speaker.
This will create an opening for Johnson but will he exploit it?
