Okay. And what if someone is prosecuted for having classified information when a dead president had already secretly declassified that information? What if the president is dead at that point you dumb twat
Biden is trying ( I don't think it's actually Biden doing it however).Of course you can.
Of course you can.
Of course you can. Nixon is a perfect example. Does that not register?Actual pardons, the question is can you pardon someone that hasn't even been indicted yet.
You really need to attend some kind of debate school. You are flailing. You lie about your "no justification" nonsense. Hence, your hurt feelings.
Yes. There is no requirement. Where do you see one?Nixon resigned! I will ask again how can they pardon crimes that have not been charged or convicted do you not see an issue with that?
Exactly, but where was the chance to prove them guilty? You dumb twatSame with Fauci and Milley
Innocent until proven guilty
The good idea fairy does exist outside the military.6 feet apart was invented with no "science" .

In prior testimony before the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, Dr. Fauci testified that the 6-foot rule “sort of just appeared.”
your tears are delightful,,,I wouldn't take chances with Trump. He's corrupt to the core and it's going to be way worse now that he has immunity for his actions.
Why do you feel entitled to a "chance to prove them guilty"?Exactly, but where was the chance to prove them guilty? You dumb twat
What tears? You don't get to see Trump's DoJ persecute your enemies.your tears are delightful,,,
Where did I say it was OK? I said it is legal. You just don't get the big picture.Pardons for people who used the congress of the united states to wrongfully convict people because, disagree with the steal., Pardons for people who used joe biten for influence peddling to enrich themselves? Seriously, shame on you for believing this is ok
Biden doesn't know what planet he's on, and hasn't for years.Keep hiding behind claims of Biden’s senility. Biden knows exactly what he is doing.
Protecting people from a tyrant
Trump has threatened everyone who has ever prosecuted or testified against him. Trump intends to use his office for revenge.
Excellent post! Nailed it!The fact that Ford pre-emptively pardoned Nixon is not an excuse for another president to pardon everyone under the sun that may or may not have committed a federal crime. I'm sure when Trump's term is over and he pre-emptively pardons a bunch of people, the Left will bitch about it just like the Right is today. I think it's an overreach of executive authority no matter who does it, but I don't think the practice can be outlawed. In this country we are all supposedly presumed innocent until proven guilty, and to deny somebody a pre-emptive pardon presumes guilt instead and that ain't a good road to go down. It's kinda reverse lawfare, to prevent somebody from retaliation even if they deserve to be challenged. As if politics wasn't already a very ugly and dirty business.
Trump is attacking anyone who ever testified against him
Biden is just protecting them from retribution
You forgot to add that pardons are good for political prosecutions.Pardons are for when things were wrong or went too far
They are not designed to “protect the guilty” who have not even faced charges.
I’m not sure that presidential pardons can legally do that. Nixon pardons were for the nation. These are for his family and the henchman who put us through 1/6 , Covid and the Trump witch hunting.
Crime is in the eye of the beholder in many cases.try using a dictionary,,
