Are all of Biden’s pardons that were autopenned signed INVALID?

Politics has nothing to do with it. An individual is either guilty or not.
If an individual is not guilty then no pardon is needed.
What did the Jan 6 unsellect committee do that was illegal that they were given a pardon?
That's actually the most important question.
Trump said that he was going to harass them in court and weaponise the DOJ...

Biden just said you won't and Pardoned them...

But I said... Follow this...
The problem you got, Democrats don't actually break the law.. You have a lot of crap in RW media but when it hits courts they fail... Ever ask you how Trump lost 60+ election cases, it was all bullshit...
The cases against Trump were pretty iron clad, Trump just ran the clock.

Allow President's pardons to be reversed and Trump & Co who do break the law have no protection...

The president can just grant a pardon by thinking about it. Like declassifying documents. He just has to think it.
No, it specifically says "the president may pardon anyone charged with a federal crime". The people that he preemptively pardoned were never charged with a crime, therefore his pardons were not legally binding.

That's not what the constitution says.

Whatever you think "it" is, it doesn't matter because the constitution matters.

Show us where it says all that.

Post what it says.
Are you incapable of finding what the Constitution says. Jesus.

he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.

Where did you get the part about charged with crimes? What's that from?

How hilarious would this be?

If none of the pardons of valid, some of these bad actors are in deep doody.

Adam Schiff? Hunter? Fauci?

All of the pardons are most definitely valid. But nice try.

Just like trying to use zombie laws to "disappear" people to a foreign prison without due process, isn't even a nice try. 1/2 of the people who were on those planes, had never been charged with a crime, nor did they have police records. They haven't even published their names. They were just picked up, put on a plane, and sent to a prison in a foreign country, with no way out.

What if they want to "disappear" YOU.

The weak link in the lib defense is the autopen used to grant the pardons

There is plenty of evidence that biden was not of sound mind

If a person wasnt charged yet, how can you pardon someone for "offenses", particularly if you dont even list the offenses they are being pardoned for?

So why did Trump pre-emptively pardon his co-conspirators before he left office?

As for members of the January 6th Committee, members of Congress are immune from prosecution for any work done for and on behalf of any their duties as members of Congress.

That's the same defense Lindsay Graham used to defend himself from charges of election interference in his phone calls to the members of Georgia state government to "look into" the results of their election. As a member of the Judiciary Committee, Graham did have a legitimate excuse for his phone calls.

They're being pardoned for any offenses charged in regards to certain criteria - like their work under foreign contracts or investments.

How is erasing the evidence of Jan 6th part of their duties?

It's pretty easy. You write down the person that's getting the pardon and the offenses they're pardoned for.
