Are all of Biden’s pardons that were autopenned signed INVALID?

In 2005, former President George W. Bush asked his Justice Department to determine whether signing legislation passed by Congress with an autopen is constitutional, given that the U.S. Constitution dictates in Article I, Section 7 that presidents "shall sign" bills into law. The government's lawyers determined the president "need not personally perform the physical act of affixing his signature to a bill he approves and decides to sign in order for the bill to become law" and may "direct a subordinate to affix the President's signature to the bill."

So, all we really have is a DOJ opinion on the use of an auto pen.

It should go before SCOTUS by way of charging one of those pardoned to settle the matter for good and all.

Because a pardon is for an offense, not for a conviction.
How can a president take away a pardon from a previous president?
Because the invalid pardon doesn't specify the offense, just all crimes between specific dates as I recall.
You pulled that "offense" out of a hat, a pardon is generally for a crime conviction.

The constitution doesn’t say anything about having to sign a pardon at all.

The president can just grant a pardon by thinking about it. Like declassifying documents. He just has to think it.

Trump writes an idiotic tweet and the Trumpist sheeple fall over themselves over baseless allegations.

One can’t express how sad and pathetic this is.
You sound worried....

One wonders how many of the Following realize that Trump also used am Autopen during his first Admin…

It does specify the offense. It specifies “all”.

So, what offenses did those given pre-emptive pardons by Quid Pro Joe commit?
How can a president take away a pardon from a previous president?
Quid Pro Joe has shown the way for all future presidents to issue blanket pre-emptive pardons for any and every person they appoint to their administration. That's the door he opened, and the usual suspects will be aghast, agog and dismayed when TRUMP! gets around to issuing his own set of pardons for the years 2025 - 2029.

This HAS TO go to the SCOTUS.
Blanket auto-pen pardons for sedition and mass-murder cannot become precedent.

As if Trump needed any permission to issue pardons for his cronies. He famously pardoned many of his cronies who stayed loyal and didn’t rat on him.

He’s corrupt to the core.

Which is why Biden gave preemptive pardons to Trump’s political enemies. He knew they’d be targets of his corruption.

Nice try Trump

Biden specifically spoke about all of his pardons
Shows that they were not done without his knowledge
Biden was given a speech by his handlers on the pardons.

What is baseless about it?

Were the documents signed via autopen or not? Do you even know?

He opened the door, that's all I'm saying. No president before him issued sweeping pardons that covered a range of dates and didn't specify any crimes, unless you're going to argue that those he pardoned are actually guilty of crimes. That would be interesting.

Should TRUMP! issue a sweeping set of pardons for all of his administration that cover 2025-2029, be sure to applaud.

Remember. This is the party that thinks Trump could declassify documents by simply thinking about it and not telling anyone.

But Biden gives a speech about a pardon that is signed and they are skeptical.

How are you guys all ignorant about Nixon?

If Biden was too demented to face criminal charges for stealing classified documents then his auto-pen pardons are USELESS.

Okay then. President Vance (or President TRUMP! on his last day in office) issues a sweeping pre-emptive pardon for TRUMP! that covers the years 2025-2029 and doesn't specify any crimes to be pardoned. Are you on board with that?
