I was very critical.of this decision and I was sure a Rubio or Scott would be the smart bet. I still say that Gabbard, as unlikely as it was, would have guaranteed, this was all before Biden was replaced. Regardless, Vance illustrated early on that he was clearly very sharp and was perhaps even more in line with my thiking on China and the necessity to fairness in the relationship. It is critical for the West that America wins in this struggle, absolutely critical. Musk in the end was most important to this victory, you just know he had plenty of input in the background. He figures out problems, this was just another problem. "What strategy do we use to get elected"? Vance, Musk, Vivek. These are strong people you want around your president. With Trumps victory,.the future for GOP will be lead by these types. I see Vivek as perhaps the best chance moving forward. His ability to verbally break down larger issues into smaller steps is impressive, almost as if he is coding.

Perhaps. Only if Vivek is V.P. In my opinion though so much will change before then. With a Trump victory, Vivek is a strong possibility if he chooses. If Trump had lost it would have opened up a possible return for a Neo-Con in 2028, but now the torch will.be passed. Trump appears even more loyal to the ones he supports as he didn't even take Haley up on her offer to speak at a rally to get the vote out. This is a courageous stance that says to Vance, Vivek and others who might emerge, "one of you will have my endorsement in 2024". He basically put Party and country above his personal benefit, willing to risk the wrath of the small Never Trumpers, now replaced by young, traditional Dem voters. That takes guts. He was willing to risk, however small; the votes of some that coulr cost him the election in order to stay aligned with his supporters. That's courage guys. The characteristic I place above all others.

It’s a great group.

I would accept whoever won. For the challenges the U.S faces today, especially.with the debt levels and expanding U.s government; Trump makes most sense of the two to anyone being objective.
No he doesn't. He set record deficits the first time dumb ass. But don't worry, because you don't have to live with this. America fucked up tonight.

Nope. Honestly, Trump will be a disaster and America will suffer for it.

And that's what they voted for. America couldn't get over it's own racism to save itself.

If you are being objective, was his first term a disaster to you?

absolutely.

1 Million died from Covid.
14% unemployment
Riots in the streets.
America diminished in the international community.

Then why did he win in dramatic fashion and might even win the popular vote nation-wide?

What could he have done to lower that number? Lockdown the entire country for months on end?
Because of COVID lockdowns.
Because of Dems fanning the flames over George Floyd
Europe is dying, I can give two shits about what China thinks of us.
