Welcome to capitalism.

Looks like a socialist country to me.

We don't want to give the less fortunate and/or mentally ill a leg up in this country.

It is best for some folks to kick people when they are down to make themselves feel better about themselves.

That's not true or fair.

I have yet to see a thread about how to help the homeless, I have yet to see a thread supporting the mental health of the homeless or one that empathizes with their condition...Can you show me where on USMB there is such a thread? The only ones I see are negative, finger pointing political points collectors.
In real life there is more help becoming available but many problems remain.
