Fellow New Yorker Kathleen Rice defeated Ocasio-Cortez 46-13.

"In Congress, the most brutal battles are internal. House Democratic colleagues of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez sent her a chilly message yesterday when she lost 46-13 to a fellow New Yorker, Rep. Kathleen Rice, in a secret ballot for a seat on the powerful Energy and Commerce Committee -- I'm told Ocasio-Cortez lost the vote by the House Democratic Steering Committee because she didn't personally ask for enough votes -- One member told me Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez "doesn't have enough relationships. She needs to learn from this."

Now I was told that AOC not only controls the House and tells Pelosi want to do; but she basically controls Biden's entire administration --- which doesn't explain why she couldn't even get a seat on the Energy committee...That Kathleen Rice chick must be some super radical communist Marxist buddist or something to get more votes than AOC...

Republicans are full of shit and the Dem establishment isn't some radical socialist party controlled by AOC like they keep claiming --- but instead, they are just as committed to the corporate status quo as Republicans are....Almost that is...Democrats will at least ask corporate power for a formal date first before they put out -- Republicans will blow corporate power in the alley by a dumpster.....
