That would be both quite easy to do and politically impossible to apply to non-Swedes. Denmark does have rape laws with teeth and it used to be easy to have daily commutes from one country to the other but not since Sweden woosed out.

Yes I do believe you are correct. One was in the news last year being prosecuted for defending her self with pepper spray. Sad but those people that are getting the shaft will have to demand that they have the right to self defense.
