If so, where did you stay and where would you recommend? Rooms are much cheaper thru the week than the weekend and my local cheapie airline only flies there Mondays and Fridays, so we are going to stay the week, and leave Friday. Looking at the MGM resorts (Bellagio, Mandalay Bay, Mirage, Luxor, etc) but open to suggestions.

If you want to spend a lot of money, stay at the Bellagio.

If not, stay at New York New York.

Capitalist pig!

Yea, I checked rates, they are not too horrible during the week, but $500 a night Friday thru Sunday. I'll look into New York, New York.
Lol what a queer. I bet you have a nokia phone too

I'm sitting in NY NY right now and I'm pretty satisfied. Mlife is the best rewards plan in town. The restaurants are pretty good. And it's linked to the MGM and Excaliber via walking bridges. Getting drinks in the casino seems to be the biggest problem right now. I think a lot of waitresses left during the pandemic and they're slow coming back for whatever reason. Enjoy your trip. We're outta here and back to reality tomorrow.

I'm guessing you rarely leave your decrepit, shithole, rural dwelling. And that's a good thing. :113:
I do. I like to do man shit like overland and hunt deer with my hands in strange places. Not travel 500 miles to suck a bunch of random pecker.

The Bellagio is still pretty much the nicest hotel on the Strip. It ain't cheap, though.

The MGM Grand runs about $129 a night during the week. By comparison, the Golden Nugget, down on Fremont Street, comes in around $60 a night...

I visited last summer and that will be the last time for a few years. Stayed at the MGM, it was ok, not as great as it used to be. The Red Rock, Valley of Fire, the dam, Mesquite, Lake Mead all better than spending time on the Strip.

Oh yea, that's exactly the plan, the strip is for a break from everything else!

Cool, thanks. I checked out NY NY and the rates there are very reasonable. Appreciate your insight.
