At my high school many JEWISH kids were driving in nice German CARS
The Christian kids were not so lucky

Semi Smart- Dentist or another non doctor in the med field
Dumb ones- Commercial real estate or sales

Actually it isn't dominated by Jews. But there are many facets of commercial real estate. Relative to brokers historically hard charging cold calling white guys own it. Lot of ex football players in the brokerage game. The most famous of course Roger Staubach,

NYC is totally different than the rest of the USA. 99% of the commercial real estate brokers are white males thank God. Females can't handle brokerage. They live on the corporate side, not brokerage side.
