Any Women on Here Pole Dance?

Just over two years ago the missus took-up pole dancing to keep her fit as she spends most of her day at her desk, and she says her only regret was that she didn't start sooner. From an observer's point of view, the results are obvious. Obviously she doesn't perform, although some of the moves she can do are pretty breathtaking, so to speak, but I was just wondering any ladies on here do it and what kind of results they've achieved.
