As for the Wiz it was okay but did poorly t the box office. I Enjoyed some of the performances but not the entire movie.
Actors playing roles against their own ethnic types does not bother me. If millionaire producers want to make a movie where actors play different from their own ethic group ,well its a free country. As for I have always wanted to see John Amos play a Matt Dillion type character.
