Any other fans of Stephen King's "Dark Tower"?

Been far too long to remember much about the book, but no problem with Idris Elba in the lead.

Never thought McConaughey was much of an actor tho

If they still plan on having Roland as a black dude...I ain't watching it. I wouldn't watch Blade if they had a white guy playing him either.

This is my favorite book series, and I have to admit I was disappointed in Idris being cast as Roland. Just makes no sense to me.

Oh you know he had input. I love the guy, and think he is one of the best writers alive, but I disagree with him on this one. I guess there is a reason why his books (some of the best) turn out to be shitty movies.
