Finally, I researched the poster, I discovered that she has a history of doing this sort of stuff.

As for protests around ICE prisons. Get used to it.

When ICE round up people at random, with no warrants, investigations or probable cause, railroads them to their facilities (or the airport), doesn’t allow anyone to see what’s going on inside, and the people doing the random roundups are diligently hiding who they are, and real American would protest.
