I disagree.
The ICE agents are the criminals, and the antifa has the right to brandish to defend himself and others.
He did nothing to show any attempt to harm.
The taser use is illegal because tasers ARE deadly weapons, just less deadly then something like a firearm.
Tasers only kill in like 1 out of 200 uses.

ICE is not using judicial due process, so they have no legal authority at all, and all must be arrested.

The reason fascism is hard to define is because the rational for abusing the rights of other can be from many different reasons.
In general, fascists are those who support a minority wealthy elite, at the expense of some larger group that they prey on. But the discrimination can be based on race, religion, title, hereditary lineage, club membership, or even just wealth.

If you look at the Ukraine, the fascists are ethnic Polish in the western half of the Ukraine, who simply hate the Asians in the eastern half, even though the Asian are actually native Russian, while the Polish are from a failed invasion attempt around 1700.

In Palestine, the fascists are the Zionists who are again ethnic Polish but also Russian, and they base their hatred and abuse on religion. A religion they do not even fully understand, because if they did, they would know the Diaspora Decree of 160 AD tells them to leave the Mideast and atone for the sins of arrogance and pride.

The US is supposed to be based on the equal rights of a republic, and the fascists are those who would abuse one group of people in order to advantage another group.
And that clearly is ICE, who think citizens have more rights than immigrants. Which clearly can not be true in a republic. ICE is the biggest threat any republic has ever faced.
