Anti-Border Patrol Snowflake Throws Rocks, Steals ATV...GETS SHOT!

So a 19yo snowflake threw a rock at a BPA in an attempt to knock the agent off of his ATV then attempted to escape by stealing the ATV . After a brief chase during which time the attacker was shot, he crashed the ATV into a fence and was arrested.
