As we go to modern cities and the see wretched flotsam of the Great Society it occurs to some of us that these representatives of bad ideas, failed theories and absurd concepts should have their own anthem. They could sing it amidst the feces and needles decorating their cement-dwelling tent cities. I found it in an archive of music from my own generation. Here it is.
