Think of Prince George county, MD....the population is Black, mostly suddenly wealthy (so I heard). Most all of them working up in DC.
Take MINN corruption, then multiply by 1000X in DC as there is no one willing to reign them in (afraid to be called racist). Working from home for 4 years........drawing paycheck or worse.
