Yes, a sleaze ball. No, he wasn't a thief, as far as I know? Though I suppose tax evasion is being a thief but that also is close to Trump's 34 convictions...thievery in a way.

Hunter did pay back the taxes he owed, eventually, in full....when the other uppity white collar tax evasioners pay the taxes that were evaded, they don't usually get sentenced.

There was no tax issue with the 34 bookkeeping misdemeanors beyond the statute of limitations.
