My guess is Trump wants the shutdown, so they won't have the Tom Massie vote, to release the Epstein files. (It also increases the President's power)

Mike Johnson right now, won't call up the new Dem from Arizona that just won, to get sworn in by the House, because she gives Massie the 18 votes needed to override Johnson, to vote to release the Epstein files...

...if he can hold off swearing the Rep from Arizona in before Tuesday, the Shut Down date.... Massie won't have the 18 Representatives needed to override Mike Johnson, and the Epstein files will not be released....maybe not until the shutdown, is over....? (if another Johnson/Trump obstacle and road block doesn't come up to block the vote again)

I lived in Denver during part of the Obama administration, and when we had a government shutdown, I went to Mt Rushmore.

Obama had pull offs to LOOK AT MT RUSHMORE blocked off with barricades AND FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT.



I tried to pull off at a designed overlook pull off on SOUTH DAKOTA STATE ROAD 244. The pull offs are considered NATIONAL PARK…OFF THE ******* STATE ROAD.

I told the Federal employee, I think it was a park ranger…I THOUGHT THE GOVERNMENT WAS SHUT DOWN, WHY ARE YOU WORKING?

SO….WHEN OBAMA SHUT DOWN THE FED, YOU WERE NOT ALLOWED TO LOOK AT MT RUSHMORE.

That shit is like out of a comedy movie.
