The emphasis from ICE, and HS is on criminal illegals at this point. That has been conveyed over and over to you people. Now, that doesn't mean that if other illegals are in proximity of the criminals that they won't be swept up as well, but none the less, they are here illegally, and it is incumbent to remove them.

The bar of due process is different for a citizen of the US, as opposed to an individual here illegally...Individuals here illegally need only have an administrative hearing as to their status, and then an order of deportation will, or won't be issued. If the deportation order is given, the illegal is outta here...Do not pass go, just removed. period. They don't get endless appeals, jury trials, or any of that. Just removal. That's the chance they take.

This is also a strawman argument...Figures reported yesterday say that wages in our service industries are up. There's a good explanation for this. The illegals depressing wages are being forced out of these jobs, paving the way for American's to work them for better wages.
