If this is true of this jerk, he displays one of the disturbing and disappointing flaws in attitude and thinking common to the Left and many Democrats.
They have some delusion that those in the US Military are non-thinking, blindly obedient robots. The Left/Democrats forget the part about lawful orders and that most in the volunteer military are not anxious or willing to attack their fellow citizens.
Many of these Leftist~Democrats never served or had close family members serving so that might partly explain their ignorance and misconceptions. They also fail to grasp concept of Posse Comitatus;
