They were told to remove the troops. We have been lied to about the Russian troops.Who said the Russians couldn't have drills on their territory? They were just warned not to extend these 'drills' over their borders.

They were told not to use these drills as a pretext to something else. Except of that, if Russia wants to determine what troops and where can be deployed inside the NATO territory, it should be prepared to hear the same about its own territory. They were told to remove the troops. The West has been used the very normal drills as a context to inflate the tensions. To inject fear into us citizens. And they don´t even have something to response after they cooked up a military crisis. They were told not to use these drills as a pretext to something else. The problem with your comparison is that the Nato troops are permanently deployed at the Russian border. They don´t make drills because they fail to like Defender 2020 which didn´t take place due to a lack of actual troops. They are a bunch of paper tigers. The real plan behind this nonsense is the fear in Washington that a Russian partnership with or membership in the EU will reduce their leverage in Europe. So they activate their puppets in Europe to cook up a new conflict even at the risk of actual war.
Sure, if you say so. We don´t want Iron Curtain, that´s the point.Russia is very afraid given that there are some 60,000 American troops stationed in Europe. They are mostly in Germany, Italy and the U.K. with perhaps hundreds in countries "near" the Russian border.
Given the number of troops and nukes Russia has on the EU border, you have to marvel at Russia's hypocrisy.

Friendly troops are always welcome, dude.Look up nuclear weapons and troops in Kaliningrad (former German territory) as just one example. What am I thinking, you are probably too lazy to research anything. Here I will spoon feed you information - an article from 2018. If you don't like the year 2018 I will give you articles from 2016 saying the same thing.
New images suggest Russian military buildup in strategic enclave
New satellite imagery shared exclusively with CNN shows Russia appearing to upgrade four of its military installations in Kaliningrad, Russia's strategic outpost on NATO's doorstep.edition.cnn.com

Our hamburgers are made in Germany, our gas and our oil isn´t. Fare well.Russia is friendly??? Too fcking funny.

Russian membership in the EU sounds really funny. Yes, European armies have become a paper tiger, mainly. The West has been used the very normal drills as a context to inflate the tensions. We can do business as we like. This is never at the expense of other countries. There is no natural law that says, Russian gas has to travel through Ukraine. Since Ukraine is busy to exclude Russian products and services, North Stream II should be applauded in Kiev.Russian membership in the EU sounds really funny. If your country wants to cooperate with Russia, it will be your choice. That is okay, basically. But you won't be allowed to do that at the expense of other countries.

Europe's dependency on Russian energy sources benefits only Russia and German and Austrian gas traders. It undermines stability and security of the West. This dependency, if not eliminated entirely, should be significantly curbed. We can do business as we like. This is never at the expense of other countries. By the way, it is the Morons of Warsaw who cause the shortage of gas. They didn´t extend their contracts with Gazprom and rely now on the spot market. That means they don´t get gas from Uncle Sam by now. While our lying press claims the Russians have stopped delivering Gas to Europe, the opposite is true: Gazprom increased delivery by 12 -20 %. The problem now is that our German companies like to buy the gas for 300 $ and sell it Poland for 2000. Here is evidence for that gas is being transferred from Germany to Poland:
Putin says Europe only has itself to blame for surging gas prices
The European Union can only blame its own policies for record gas prices as some of its members resell cheap Russian gas at much higher prices within the bloc, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Friday.www.reuters.com
It benefits us all. We can solve the problem by including Russia into what we call the West. There is only one obstacle: Mad, power hungry old farts in Washington.Europe's dependency on Russian energy sources benefits only Russia and German and Austrian gas traders. Ukraine"s gas transit system is doomed in any case. So, it can be excluded from an equation.
Well, I am all for saving environment, curbing emissions, eco friendly policy and the like. But that is clearly that solar and wind energy can't be sufficient alternative to energy sources based on fossil fuels.Germany doesn't need gas, they have solar and wind and the price of electricity is so cheap Germany is going to start exporting clean, green energy to other countries. Of course that's not true but Germans love to tell everyone else how to live and they claim they are leading the clean, green revolution.
Go figure.

You want to include Russia into the West? Considering Russian autocratic style of rule, highly corrupted ruling class and quite xenophobic population? That is not the things the West is about. It benefits us all. We can solve the problem by including Russia into what we call the West. Russia is a country of free speech. Our German message board is hosted there too. Even all those autocratic, russophobe servants of our highly corrupted ruling class can speak freely. Free speech? Are you fucking kidding me? You can go in jail there simply for organizing JW' meetings there. Various NGOs are being outlawed there in droves. The resent example is OVD-Info which regularly reported about police abuse there. Political opposition is marginalized and virtually non-existent.Russia is a country of free speech.
