Israel and Iran were very friendly before and traded quite a bit when the Shah was in power, and will do so again, once there is a regime change in Iran.
In my synagogue, we have a sailor who used to transfer goods that Israel bought from Iran.
I think one of the reasons why Israel has not bombed Iran's nuclear plants yet is because Iran has helped persecuted Jews throughout history. Aside from biblical references, during the Arab pogroms of native Jews in the early and mid 1900's, many escaping Jews found refuge among Kurds and in Iran.
