Bullshit.
Eat beans and rice every day. 100 percent more healthy than processed food, and almost without cost.
How does it taste? Pretty much like shit, if it's all you eat.
But you can and should live on it, if that's what is cheap and available, and you are on a budget.
healthy food means first and foremost - home cooked food. From a raw produce.
Which is much cheaper than processed food by a default.
But our lazy leftards won't even approach a kitchen stove and a kitchen sink - preparing home meal from raw produce requires WORK and that is what they fear more than the devil fears the consecration water
They also confuse "healthy" with "delicious" and/or "limitless variety" or "haute cuisine".
Healthy food is whatever veggie you can find, a starch and a legume. That's healthy.
And it can be the same thing day in and day out. If you're getting complete protein, roughage, and a few carbs, you're good to go. People all over the world eat that way, and we used to, as well.
Before foodstamps, that is.
