Even if the poll were legitimate. There is a difference between the law recognizing same sex marriage as legal and the ability to trample the rights of others just so gays can pretend their marriages are acceptable.

Without knowing the exact wording of the questions asked, there is no way of knowing whether the public supports same sex marriage or not. If the question was "Should same sex couples who want to get married be sent to prison" it would get a far different result than a differently worded question.
