If you don't want to read it, basically California wants to pass a law that bans soda from kids meals at restaurants.
On one hand, who wants the government to regulate what we eat/drink? Ridiculous!!...right??
Normally, yes. But this is not adults. This is children. They don't know better.
It is the parents that are too ******* stupid to know that pouring dozens of tablespoons of sugar down their kids throat every single day is a problem. A big problem. Prior to the 1960's, type 2 diabetes in children didn't even exist.
Today your child can't sit in a classroom without 2-3 of those kids having diabetes. Not to mention all the ones over-weight.
So what do you do? Nothing?
We have dumb ass parents everywhere poisoning their children - literally.

Sorry, I as a parent/ grandparent get to make that decision. The only time my kids or grandkids got/get to drink a soda was/is when eating out, if we say so.

So, no, you don’t get to infringe on our rights just because you think other parents make bad choices.



Maybe return pe class to schools, for a real start.
