The destruction of four multi-storey buildings during the last four days of the 50-day operation in July and August were in breach of international humanitarian law, the group said.

"All the evidence we have shows this large-scale destruction was carried out deliberately and with no military justification," director of Amnesty International's Middle East and North Africa program Philip Luther said.

"Both the facts on the ground and statements made by Israeli military spokespeople at the time indicate that the attacks were a collective punishment against the people of Gaza and were designed to destroy their already precarious livelihoods.

Very sad. I have no sympathy for those that engage in the inhumane treatment of others. Hate is a terrible thing, especially when it causes some to act in ways that make life much harder for others.

Once again, terrorists hide their operations in a school, mosques, or shopping malls, the IDF is going to bring it down:

Israeli authorities had said that one building housed a command centre of the Palestinian Islamist movement Hamas, and that another had "facilities linked to Palestinian militants", according to the rights group.

However, the military had an obligation to use methods that minimised harm to civilians and their property, and had previously targeted specific apartments without destroying entire buildings, it added.

The Palestinian Authority is now in a position where it can lobby the ICC if they so choose.

Just how out of touch with reality are you, they have done this and the ICC is dragging it heels over giving a judgement. The star of the show had to resign because of bias and agenda he had.
