Your article is a little confusing, but keeps mentioning countries like China and Brazil and Japan. It's not American based.

Also doesn't mention what skills are needed. Perhaps the writer of the article doesn't have the skills needed to do her job.

I have noticed the listings I have seen for retail jobs have had their starting wages settle back closer to minimum wage than they had been. That is $12.41 in my state. The jobs that were starting at $17 are now starting at $14

Friend of mine starts his new job this coming up monday. That's after 4 years of being unemployed.

Side note, no policies regardless of republican or democrat was why he was out of work for so long. Just him battling depression. I only add that because I know some people are going to try and make political jabs when politics had nothing to do with him not working.
