The OP shows two different sets of numbers. The top graph shows about 20,000 per year, while the bottom shows 400,000.

If we take 400k that's about 0.1% of the population. However the number approximately doubles because only half the people got vaxxed. Still, that's a decent number for an untested med. If only 0.2% of the population reacts badly to it you're likely doing better than many over the counter meds including aspirin.
