When a Person assassinates another person, they get charged with Murder.
Seditious Conspiracy, ever heard of it.

Q1: What is “sedition” and “insurrection”?

A1:
Generally, sedition is conduct or speech that incites individuals to violently rebel against the authority of the government. Insurrection includes the actual acts of violence and rebellion. In a monarchy, sedition might refer to actions instigating the removal of a king or queen. In a constitutional democracy, sedition and insurrection refer to inciting or participating in rebellion against the constitutionally established government, its processes and institutions, or the rule of law. In other words, in the United States’ democracy, violently overthrowing the government or its institutions is overthrowing the Constitution itself. One cannot commit sedition or insurrection to “overthrow a government” while still claiming to uphold and defend the Constitution. The U.S. government, the rule of law, and the Constitution are inextricably linked, and violent attacks on any of the three are not protected actions.

You mean 10 days until the worst President in United States history is sworn in again....
Hey...did you catch that insurrection by Democrats on the 6th?.......:)....Yeah, me neither.
No looks like you got it wrong again. Did you check that insurrection the Democrats pulled for 4 years while Trump was President last time? Nine days now until the real criminal is fucking gone with his son.

For a regular person once you get involved in the judicial system you have to work hard to escape. You have to play the game and if you don't there can be life consequences. Also very expensive. Guilty or not the judicial system can ruin you with financial hardship and cause years of pain. The everyday person is not built to withstand.
I've always believed that keeping my name out of the legal system is priority one.

Yeah I was kind of railroaded one time so I can identify with Trump. It sure wasn't fun but I got through it and I am stronger and better because of it. Kind of like Trump
