The President selects people at random while at the same time trying to give everybody some equal time. Trump may be a lot of things, but one thing he's not is a mind reader.

However thinking about it now, maybe you're on to something: the President should have known that leftist entities would be disrespectful of the process and conduct themselves in a disrespectful way.

If a reporter can't abide by reasonable rules of decorum they don't belong in the White House. There freedom of the press is not being infringed by keeping them out. They can still print/say/report whatever they want.

What reasonable rules of decorum? The ones concerning making up claims of assault and doctoring a video?

No one doctored a video. Acosta was out of line when he refused to give the mic up. He doesn't get to use the White House press conferences as his platform as he is not the president. Perhaps he should run for the office for he can be in charge. Until he wins that office though he is merely a CNN flunky who has no special rights there.
