Cornell University's Dr Adam Boyko and his colleagues studied 4,676 purebred dogs from recognised breeds, as well as 549 "village dogs" - free-ranging animals that live around human settlements



Did they test Chihuahua or Mexican Hairless? They certainly don't seem to have wolf-like features.

Geographically and historically, perhaps.

But their devotion to their human friends clearly indicates that directly or indirectly they are God's gift the undeserving mankind.
