If you’re reading this, you’re likely familiar with the 70’s-80’s British series and/or the books by James Harriet, a Yorkshire vet who tells his stories during the 30’s and 40’s.
Loved the series. You know they were serious with the actor who played Harriet with his arm up a cows rear in the first episode.
Then somebody said let’s remake this classic. Good grief I said. Skeptical beyond reason I watched the first show.
Better than the first series.
On PBS masterpiece theater.
