Russia is organising the crime and USA not allowing countries to help opposition and people with defence weapons.

The basic problem with US foreign policy, not just in Syria, is it is so out of date that it is dangerous to us. Take our assumptions in Syria:

Oil is in short supply. No fracking companies were and to a lesser extent are leveraged to an insane level. As the transition to a less leveraged oil industry takes place and fracking goes worldwide the cost of energy will go way down and the ME will run out of money.

Russia has been protecting Christians from Muslims and seeking a warm water port for 1,000 years. We have no reason to interfere with that.
