Ivanka Trump totally triggered the libs by tweeting this and congratulating her pops and Senator Sullivan on winning the state of Alaska -- even tho:

#1 -- it wasn't decided on election night
#2 -- the media called the election
#3 -- the election hasn't been certified yet

All things Trumpers have been claiming were wrong and never done before -- it's like LIBS keep expecting the Trumps to have some type of consistent core principle-- they don't

It's like Libs keep expecting the Trumps have some type of shame or fear of looking like hypocrites, they don't -- aside from grifiting and clawing onto power at all costs...that is the core principle of not only Trump -- but the entire GOP as well -- while they project their depravity on to everyone else

Not if the state legislators in PA, GA, Mich, Az and Wisc throw out their election results and award the EC votes to Trump...which would be perfectly ok with everyone, right....

That would be stealing the election...and create civil war.

There won't be enough time for a revote, especially if the Commies purposely fuck it again just to stall.

The Constitution allows this nuclear option for situations like this.

Also if Biden wins, you'll never have another "election" again anyway.

Really? What clause or amendment would that be??

Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2:

Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.

For the first half century, most States didn't even have the Presidency as an office on the ballot, the State Legislatures simply sent the Electors themselves.

The Legislature has a Constitutional deadline to meet. If the modern (normal) process of popular vote is compromised, or in any other way deemed damaged (by the simple virtue of not having enough time to carry on multiple recounts and revotes), the Legislature is FORCED to choose their slate of Electors.

It's been recognized many times by the courts that the States can wield this ancient enumerated power at any time for any or no reason at all.

Little known to most people, it was the convening of the Florida State Legislature in the year 2000 of the Lord, that caused Gore to concede the election. Popular myth says it was the SCOTUS, but the state assembly records show that the Republicans in Florida were going to send their own slate of Electors the following day.
