For the good Rabbi who still think the govt can truly audit the federal reserve.. (and if this doesnt work, Ill quote you the actual law to prove it).. This is only a 5 minute video.. and its quite entertaining... The fed counsel looks strangely like Chevy Chase in Fletch Lives where he plays the evangelical preacher.
