Alabama attorney general says he has right to prosecute people who facilitate travel for out-of-state abortions

Isn't it amazing

There is nobody named "Becky" that is currently of childbearing age.

To conservatives, government has only three jobs:
1) to enforce legal contracts
2) infrastructure
3) protection of citizenry.

Protection of little babies in the womb qualifies for #3. Conservatives are 100% consistent.
Fetuses aren’t citizens.

Good God. If you guys are so concerned about killing women's unborn fetuses, here...

Further proof of the right’s hypocrisy and dishonesty.

Overturning Roe was never about “states’ rights.”

It was about more government, bigger government at the expense of individual liberty.

It was about compelling conformity and punishing dissent.

The right’s war on women continues.

You fascists never think about the "individual liberties" of the unborn children, do you?

Or even the children who were lucky enough to make it into this world. That's we we conservatives are so concerned about keeping you fascists away from them and keeping you from grooming them to be as fucked up as you are.

And as usual the reprehensible right attempts to defend the indefensible.

The party of small government strikes again. Persecuting people who facilitate women's freedom of travel is truly the best plan!

Alabama attorney general says he has right to prosecute people who facilitate travel for out-of-state abortions
Story by By Andy Rose, CNN • 10h

Alabama’s Republican attorney general said in a court filing that he has the right to prosecute people who make travel arrangements for pregnant women to have out-of-state abortions.

In a court filing Monday, attorneys for Attorney General Steve Marshall wrote that providing transportation for women in Alabama to leave the state to get an abortion could amount to a “criminal conspiracy.”

The court filing comes in response to lawsuits against Marshall that was filed in July from two women’s health centers and Yellowhammer Fund, an organization which says it provides “financial and practical support for those who are pregnant and require assistance.” The plaintiffs argue that Marshall violated their constitutional rights by publicly stating that organizations which help pregnant women in Alabama get an abortion out of state could be criminally investigated.
I would not go that far and cannot agree with the AG on this

Go fuck yourself ChristoTaliban. There are thousands of your pedo priests that need attention. But you are probably circle jerking with them. Bitch.

I think the entire thing is stupid... I just commented on how hysterical you left loons look

Grow up...and judging from your typing ability today... sober up
We are not the ones trying to pass laws to stop women randomly on the street.

According to the law, you cannot cross state lines to perform acts that are illegal in your own state or its called criminal conspiracy. Whether that be underage sex, having an abortion or anything else that you're trying to partake in interstate travel to do in a state that you can't do in your own state.

You are free to travel anywhere you want as long as its not to break the laws of your state while in other states. Many people went to jail in their states when they were caught in interstate travel going to neighboring states to smoke weed.

Fucking idiot.

No they werent.

No one was jailed in their home state for smoking weed in another state.

To suggest such forsakes all reason to believe further statements.

This decision should be made by mother and doctor, not anyone else interfering.
True.

But conservatives are about more government, bigger government at the expense of individual liberty, interfering in citizens’ private lives.

And as if violating a woman’s right to privacy isn’t enough, conservatives now want to violate citizens’ right to move freely about the country, and lawlessly prosecute Americans who engage in perfectly legal activities in other states.

Such is the reprehensible right.

Abortion is the war on women, since the vast majority of women value their babies and wouldn't dream of killing them in the womb.

A couple of obvious but unreported facts:
1) the overwhelming majority of women are repulsed by the idea of an abortion doctor killing their child
2) the overwhelming majority of women who decided to keep their children are glad they made that decision.
3) More than 100,000 babies have been saved because of President Trump, making him the greatest humanitarian president in history. I mean, think about Hiroshima in reverse. That is how great President Trump's pro-life appointments are. Almost unfathomable greatness.
