According to the law, you cannot cross state lines to perform acts that are illegal in your own state or its called criminal conspiracy. Whether that be underage sex, having an abortion or anything else that you're trying to partake in interstate travel to do in a state that you can't do in your own state.

You are free to travel anywhere you want as long as its not to break the laws of your state while in other states. Many people went to jail in their states when they were caught in interstate travel going to neighboring states to smoke weed.

I'm sure quite a few. But the only states that ban gambling are Utah and Hawaii. It becomes federal law when its interstate commerce like that and since gambling isnt illegal federally, they are ok.

But take a 16yo girl from Cali to Nevada to have sex with her, in NV its 16, Cali 18 but FEDERAL AOC is 18, you've broken the law. There is a federal ban on abortion so crossing state lines to get an abortion violates federal law.

1) to enforce legal contracts
2) infrastructure
3) protection of citizenry.
