Refraction is the bending of light, as in a lens or prism. It does not refer to light dissipation . Scattering refers to dissipationJust what do you think refraction is?
I totally agree with that.I think you are also missing how the laser is constructed and trying to fit that on a shark among other issues.
Turbulence is the random motion of a fluid as in a brook or crashing waves. Scattering is caused by turbidity. I assume you meant to say turbidity rather than turbulence.I tell you what you figure out how to put it on sharks I will contiue with the turbulence issue.
IMHO I think the use of sharks that way is a pipe dream unless the engineers know something that I don't.
