So look, you have to do some mental gymnastics and pretend like nothing they said to police carried any weight and you do that possibly because you know that if the statement is accurate, they are screwed.

I think it’s going to be difficult for them to claim that at the time of the statement, they were so confused that they completely and incorrectly told the police how they wound up there and that in this small neighborhood with only a few streets, that it was an accident or coincidence they wound up parked on the road in front of Arbery.

When in reality, the McMichael’s circled around the block when Arbery changed course and passed Arbery on the road shouting at him before pulling in front of him and getting out of the car, which is 100% consistent with the video we see. There is no contradiction between the statement and the video.

Now, what happens in front of the truck isn’t 100% clear. Travis seems to turn towards Arbery as he rounds the front of the truck. But at this point, it’s irrelevant. At that point, McMichael is already committing a crime of attempted kidnapping and therefore Arbery’s actions are justified as self defense.

The police were way out of line to ask Gregory McMichaels for a statement right after undergoing the Trauma of watching a crazy Nig-Nog attack his son and then to witness his son killing the crazy ass Nigha.

Not even to mention they did not read him his rights.

It is obvious that in such a state of mind that Greg was confused....he conflated their first encounter with ahhmaud to their last encounter with ahhmaud....anyone familiar with the facts should recognize that.

Your analysis is extremely flawed such as you try and make it appear when Travis got out of his truck he was right in front of Ahhmaud.....you are either lying or confused....first of all the video does not even show Travis getting out of the Truck.....when the truck first comes in view on the video Travis is already out of the truck and as we see in the video....he is about a hundred yards in front of Ahhmaud at that point.

Your claim that Gregory's statement is not in conflict with the video means 1 or 2 things.....you are either lying or you have little ability to read the English language.

I challenge you to go back and read the next to last paragraph in the police report and compare that to what we see in the video....if you are honest you can do that.

If Ahhmaud had been in his immediate presence I can see how you would think that it might have been 'confrontational' but even then it would be open to interpetation...those who are biased would proabably agree with you.............

However the truth of the matter and you should know this by now....when greg got out of the truck with his shotgun he was at least a 100 yards ahead of ahhmaud probably more.

I would guess that you are proabably someone who has never been around guns much and thus you are too impressed by the mere sight of a gun.....down south lots of just everyday people ride around with shotguns in their trucks...and no one thinks anything of it

Anyhow not to forget....keeping his shotgun with him definitely was an act of self protection....he could see the suspect running down the roads towards him....he had no idea if the suspect was armed or not but as has been mentioned both Travis and Greg thought it possible....Ahhmaud owned a pistol and had taken it to High School and got caught with it.

What was the crime?

He had been convicted of several crimes (among them stealing and carrying a gun to school)and was a suspect in more.....try and keep up.

Undoubtedly someone as unhinged as ahhmaud was --it is very likely if had not been taken out --one day he would have used his gun against some innocent person or policeman....ahhmaud was consumed with anger and hatred of whites much like the nighas you see on this thread.

You have missed a lot of information....all this was dealt with back when the story broke...if you go back and read the first thread on this you will see a lot you have missed out on.

Travis was observing whilst Greg was in the bed of the Truck on his phone with the police.

Yes, criminals would indeed feel threatened when they know they're going to be caught, and trying to get hold of the weapon and use it on those guys probably looked like a great idea to the thug at the time. Good point.

I do not think ahhhbery placed much value on his miserable pointless life.

He had been in a state of depression ever since his team mate on the H.S. football team made it to the NF but poor ahhmaud was not good enough.

So he turned to a life of crime and hatred and no doubt blamed whites as most blacks do for all their failures and mistakes in life.

Very few of them manage to stay out of jail and most of them die at a very young age.

Bullshit. Law enforcement begins an investigation when they first enter a crime scene. And they question any witnesses they find there.

Not even to mention they did not read him his rights.
