I have no issue with Grand Juries, they are presented the accusations of the prosecutor....they don't hear all the evidence, they just hear what hte prosecutor claims happened. I haven't once said anything negative about the GJ. I think the process is pretty meaningless at this point in our history, but nonetheless respect it. But whatever a GJ does or doesn't do isn't evidence of guilt. There are literally actual jury instructions to that effect.

The three NY court cases are out of SCOTUS reach; so is the GA case.

The fed trials are dismissed without prejudice. I don't think SCOTUS would override that ruling, unless it agreed with a motion from Trump's DOJ to dismiss the cases with prejudice, which would probably be approved.
