After The Ball Drops Tonight, It'll Be Back To Reality

America was great before your god took office, and was worse off when he left office.

Unlike you, I am not swayed by a campaign slogan.

Is America "great" now? You seem to defend this guy at every opportunity while at the same time, invariably attacking Trump. Now why would that be?

These are a verifiable list of things which have occurred or are taking place during the presidency of Joe Biden.

We are worse now than when Trump left office. Tis the trend this century.

I never defend Biden, he is a fucking moron that is trying to his best to go down as the worst POTUS ever

What was the price of gas in Mendicino Ca in 2018?

A 2018 report shows the average price was $3.26 for Northern California and $3.03 in Ukiah. So it was about 2X - 3X as high in 2022, depending on location.

Gasoline prices drop in California; average price in Ukiah $3.03 a gallon

So far inflation has not caused us to change a single thing in our lives. I suspect we will be fine since the Fed is going to drive us into a recession until inflation is under control. The only product I have had trouble finding is the favor of Bai my wife likes the most.

We have a lot of money in the market, none of I need for at least 10 years. The market being down just means the money I am adding to it buys more shares than it would have, making us better off in the long run.

You should not assume just because your life sucks that everyone's does

When did I say my life sucks? Oh, that's right, you're a leftist, so you need to make up things people never said. Lying is inherent with your kind.

I'm glad you're not paying all that extra money every other American is paying in groceries and other products. I'm glad you're paying the same for utilities that all other Americans are paying much more for. I would sure like to know where these magical stores and utility companies are at because they're certainly nowhere around here.

To my knowledge, the only people that are not really affected by all this are government dependents since government pays for all their food and utility programs. You're such a lucky guy. :eusa_shhh:

Speaking of lying about a person. If you are going to whine about lying, then turning around and lying even more is not really the way to go.

What am I lying about? It's you that said your life is not impacted by what goes on in Washington. That's what started this conversation in the first place.

Yes, I did say that. I did not say that I was not paying the higher prices, in fact I said the higher prices has not caused me to change a thing in my life...thus they there is no real impact,

I actually read an article about this. Pointed out that the only people who are not being damaged by Biden and the Democrats are those who are part of the “government class,” which the article divided into two groups:

1) The generously paid government workers, and retirees, whose income is tied to inflation, so inflation doesn’t matter at all.

2) Those on the government dole, with food stamps, TANF, Medicaid, subsidized rent, etc., etc., since other people are supporting them.

Both these groups overwhelming vote for Dems.

Everyone else - the hard-working and tax-paying and self-supporting American middle, lower-middle, and even upper-middle class - is suffering under Biden’s inflation-promoting policies.

Where in Post 117 did I blame Trump for COVID?

Are you still drunk from last night?

You said things were worse off when he left office than when he got in, and the only reason for that was covid, therefore you are blaming Trump for the results of the worst pandemic any American alive has ever seen. That's lying.

Ofcourse there’s an impact…You’re just refusing to acknowledge it.

You said things were worse off when he left office than when he got in

Which is a fact.

, therefore you are blaming Trump for the results of the worst pandemic any American alive has ever seen. That's lying.

No, this is just your stupidity coming through. For somethings there is no blame to be assigned. I think Trump did a shit job of responding to the pandemic, but I do not blame him for it.

Hmmm, maybe you're one of those guys that lets their wife handle the money. I can afford the increase in prices as well, but it still impacts my life. It's that way for most all Americans unless they are pretty well off financially. You said you're still working so that's not the situation for you.

Ofcourse there’s an impact…You’re just refusing to acknowledge it.

Lay it out for me....tell me how my life has changed due to it.

I will be happy to listen to your logic.
