Step one: kick out all the Hamas agitators, both students and faculty, permanently.
Step two: stop bringing terrorists on campus to "lecture", lead "protests", and "educate" students and faculty.
Step three: stop hiring and promoting people who aren't capable of original thinking, based soley on their skin color, genitalia, and/or sexual preferences.
