If I am sent to,say, a Martian doctor, it is only natural for me to wonder if s/he is qualified or got his/her position simply because of his/her Martian background.

If a college needs to fill a quota of, let's say, students from Mars, then give them pity diplomas in, say, Martian Studies, but --- PLEASE! -- don't award important diplomas in critical areas to the unqualified just to make them feel good about themselves!

If that is the policy in effect there, definitely do not hire, as black students there will have a substandard degree. If you need specific skills associated with a degree and entry level pay is the same, getting employees trained to the normal minimum standard only makes sense from a business standpoint. You might as well have a degree fro University of White 6. Remember trump got sued because he had a diploma mill and the students sued to get their money back? Same thing. What good is a degree if the standards to get it are watered down, just because you are black. There could be lawsuits from white students also, as you are not to discriminate in hiring due to race, color or religion, so the degree attained by the white student is also devalued. Tough $hit for them. Best transfer by the end of sophomore year to a normal school.
